MxFans — Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

By creating an account or using MxFans (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2) Who We Are

Provided by MXFans under (“MxFans,” “we,” “us”). Contact: [biz@miracuves.com].

3) Eligibility

You must be 18+ (or older if required where you live), able to form a contract, and not subject to sanctions. Sexually explicit content: all participants must be 18+ with valid ID/consents.

4) Accounts & Verification

Keep credentials secure. We may require KYC/identity checks and can refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for risk, fraud, or policy violations.

5) Payments & Subscriptions

Creators set prices; subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Access is a license, not a sale. Fees shown at checkout/dashboard. Generally no refunds (unless required by law or our discretion). Chargebacks may lead to holds/termination. Creators are responsible for taxes; payouts depend on verification and processor timelines.

6) Content & Licenses

You own what you post. You grant MxFans a limited, worldwide license to host, transmit, display, and distribute your content to operate and promote the Service. Buyers get a personal, non-transferable viewing license via MxFans only. You must have all rights/consents; no infringement or privacy violations.

7) Prohibited Content/Conduct

Strictly forbidden: minors or simulated minors; non-consensual acts; sexual violence; bestiality; trafficking/exploitation; doxxing/harassment; illegal drugs where prohibited; instructions for crime; weapons trading; fraud; scraping or redistributing paid content; impersonation; spam; reverse-engineering; bypassing paywalls/DRM.

8) Copyright/DMCA

Report alleged infringement to [DMCA Agent Name], [Address], [Email] with required details. We remove infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notices accepted as allowed by law.

9) 18 U.S.C. §2257 (If U.S.-Applicable)

Creators subject to U.S. law must maintain age-verification records and provide a §2257 compliance statement. Provide records to us on request.

10) Privacy

See Privacy Policy for how we process personal data (including KYC and payments via processors). We may store/disclose information to comply with law and enforce these Terms.

11) Moderation & Enforcement

We may review content (automated/manual), remove content, limit features, or suspend/terminate accounts. Region-based blocks may apply due to local laws or partner requirements.

12) Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t endorse Creator content and aren’t responsible for its accuracy, legality, or safety.

13) Liability Limit

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MxFans won’t be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of US$100 or amounts you paid to us in the last 3 months.

14) Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend/terminate for any breach or risk. Certain rights and licenses (for operational needs, legal compliance, and already-sold access) may survive termination.

15) Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be notified by [email/in-app notice/posting] and take effect upon posting unless stated otherwise. Continued use = acceptance.

16) Governing Law & Disputes
